This corporation is to be a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for charitable purposes. The specific purposes for which this corporation is organized are the purpose of improving the quality of lives of disabled Veterans affected by homelessness, physical and mental disabilities, and alcohol and drug abuse through the development of stable, sound, independent housing and support with community linkages.
