Awards:

- Selected as Executive of the Year in Guam/Micronesia in 2003.

- Awarded the Ancient Order of the Chamorri in 2006. (This is the highest award given to a non-Chamorro for recognition of their outstanding work supporting Guam.)

- 2006 Received the Navy League Meritorious Council award.

Leadership Experience:

Thomas Ahillen, Supply Chain Manager with 43 years of surface transportation experience including 18 years of Micronesia business and government affairs.

Thomas began his transportation career in 1968 holding various positions for companies involved in the inland river transportation.  He entered the international transportation arena in 1982 and worked as Office Manager, Intermodal/Operations, Terminal Manager, Special Projects Manager and General Manager responsible for developing international transportation terminals.  He moved to Guam in 1992 in a position where for 18 years he was responsible for the development of business throughout Guam, Micronesia and Hawaii, leading operations, sales, finance, customer service and government relations.  During this time he was Involved in many community activities within the region as well as business organizations to promote the region.  In 2007, he began working independently with large and small clients providing audits for their supply chains and assisted in business development in Guam, Hawaii, Micronesia and Japan.  He was responsible for established processes for many clients to work with military and government agencies and to improve customer satisfaction.
